You can delete your Tangibl account and the data linked to it at any time, whether you signed up with Google, Facebook or email.
Delete your account yourself
- Log in to Tangibl with the same sign-in you used to create the account.
- Open My Tangibl → Settings.
- Under “Delete account”, type DELETE and confirm.
This immediately revokes your assistant connections and permanently removes your account, your sign-in details, your saved creations, and the artwork and photos you uploaded. It cannot be undone.
If you can’t log in
Email support@gettangibl.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting, and we will confirm by email once it is done.
Remove Tangibl from Facebook or Google
If you signed up with Facebook or Google, deleting your Tangibl account does not change your settings there. To also remove Tangibl’s access:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select Tangibl → Remove.
- Google: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → Tangibl → Delete all connections.
Removing Tangibl there stops future sign-ins with that account but does not by itself delete your Tangibl data; use the steps above for that.
What we keep
Deleting your account does not cancel an order in progress. Records we must keep for orders, payments, taxes or legal obligations, and records held independently by Stripe or our production and delivery providers, may be retained for their required periods. See our Privacy Policy for details.
